Constellation Energy Partners (NYSE Arca: CEP) is a limited liability company focused on the acquisition, development and production of oil and natural gas properties as well as related midstream assets.

Approximately 99% of our production is natural gas, which is recovered primarily from coalbed methane.  All of our proved reserves are located in the Black Warrior Basin in Alabama, the Cherokee Basin in Oklahoma and Kansas and the Woodford Shale in the Arkoma Basin in Oklahoma.
